Private Lessons are also available with the coach of your choice. Contact the gym for information and availability
Our Classes run in 10 week sessions. New students are welcome to join at any point during the session and tuition will be pro-rated accordingly
Our sessions run as follows:
Session 1: September 4 – November 10
Session 2: November 12 – January 26
Session 3: January 28 – April 12
Session 4: April 14 – June 21
